My favourite summer activity in Vancouver is to go hiking and one summer I tackled some more of the peaks along the sea-to-sky highway that look out on to the Howe Sound in Vancouver. I had previously hiked the famous Vancouver lions with friends and then it became time to take on the Mount Harvey…
One of the best overnight backpacking trips I did during my 6 years of living in Vancouver was a backcountry camping trip up to Wedgemount Lake just north of Whistler. The lake is still part of Garibaldi Provincial Park, the beautiful park where you’ll find hikes such as Garibaldi Lake and Elfin Lakes, but this…

With every national park in America, we visited…
Mt Rainier National Park in Washington State is one of the best US National Parks. With beautiful views of Mount Rainier volcano, amazing trails, and plenty of things to do, our visit to Mount Rainier Washington is one of my most memorable National Park trips from our road trip across the United States. One of…

This gem of a National Park was one of my favorite National Parks we visited during our three-month America trip and luckily we were able to go back multiple times since we lived just…
